Additional Details

We will meet or teleconference with you and your partner to discuss your wedding day event and specifics so we can taylor our filming to your needs. 

Note: These package doesn't include documenting or reviewing the rehearsal, but we will discuss logistics in the meeting above. 

Coverage starts one hour prior to the ceremony at ceremony location (unless package 2 or 3 is purchased), capturing detail shots of the location and guest arriving.

Three Camera Coverage of the entire Ceremony is provided. Sound is recorded from outboard digital sound recorders connected to the house sound board (where possible), lapel microphones and standalone microphones to ensure coverage.  

Two Camera Coverage of the reception includes the arrival/introduction of the wedding party, first dances, toast and speeches, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss and any other special events as time permits. Detail shots of the environment, cake, table decorations is sure to capture the effort that went into this day.  

Deliverables

Digital Video Files on a USB Thumb Drive of the pre-ceremony video, ceremony, reception and highlight video. 

Highlight video is a dynamic film of all the special moments set to the music of your choice delivered to you on Youtube to share with all your friends and family.

Pre ceremony video: This film will capture detail shots of the location and guest arriving.

Full length ceremony video: This is a start to finish edit of the ceremony. The editing will be cutting from one camera angle to another, and mixing the audio to make your wedding day come alive on video.

Reception video: This is a video of all the sweet, funny, most heart warming moments that take place during your reception. The length will be determined by amount of events, but typically is at least 40 minutes in length.
